Reporting to the Director of Internal Control, you will actively support the follow-up of missions as part of the annual internal control plan and contribute to the development and promotion of Internal Control on a global scale.
In direct contact with financial and operational directors of entities, regional internal controllers, and internal auditors.
Main areas of focus and accountability of the role :
1 Participating in the annual self-assessment campaign of key controls and supporting the various entities in implementing corrective actions to address major deficiencies;
2 Assisting in the follow-up of audit recommendation implementations;
3 Participating in second-level control execution in line with the internal control calendar;
4 Contributing to reporting for management;
5 Participating in the drafting of internal control policies and procedures.
The knowledge, experience and skills required to undertake the level at a fully competent level:
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business School, University program, or IEP, ideally specializing in Internal Audit, Internal Control, and/or Risk Management
- You have strong command of Excel and PowerPoint and excellent writing skills
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
