Throughout Germany, we are looking for a specialist (m/f/d) for quality standards of pharmaceutical products as soon as possible.
As a business partner in GDP-compliant logistics, you will be responsible for the safe and legally compliant transport and storage of sensitive products – especially pharmaceuticals. You will ensure that all processes comply with the guidelines of "Good Distribution Practice". This includes compliance with temperature specifications, complete documentation of the supply chain and quality assurance.
YOUR FUTURE TASKS:
- You will be responsible for ensuring GDP compliance and compliance with customer-specific requirements in the healthcare sector.
- You will manage and qualify subcontractors within the framework of GDP requirements.
- You will be responsible for processing and complaints for defined key customers and managing and tracking CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) measures.
- You will act as the main contact person in the qualification process for healthcare customers and for all quality-related topics in the area of all products.
- You will plan, organize and conduct GDP, awareness-raising and Q-relevant training courses.
- You will be responsible for the pre-planning and coordination of the cross-site Q audit program.
- You will be responsible for conducting and documenting site inspections and coordinating the introduction of new Q documents and procedures, as well as supporting sites in their development.
- You will ensure quality assurance in tenders through Q-related consulting and documentation.
- You will support internal quality audits and the implementation of quality-relevant measures and the follow-up of audit results.
- You will prepare the sites for certification and recertification audits.
- In addition, you will regularly travel within Germany to the various locations of CEVA Logistics
THIS IS WHAT WE WANT:
- Your basis is a completed technical or commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
- You have completed further training as a quality manager / auditor.
- You already have many years of experience in planning and conducting audits.
- You have extensive expertise and in-depth experience in the field of quality.
- You have excellent knowledge of common MS Office applications.
- In the German language, you communicate confidently, both verbally and written, ideally in combination with other foreign language skills.
- Your structured, strategic, solution- and goal-oriented way of working, your excellent and up-to-date expertise and your willingness to travel round off your profile.
