The position also involves owning CRM-related projects, providing user training, and collaborating with various internal teams to enhance CRM functionality and usage.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

1. CRM Governance and User Support

Ensure the effective administration and continuous improvement of the Salesforce-based CVIEW CRM platform across the European region. This includes maintaining data integrity, facilitating user access, and supporting over 200 users per region in leveraging CRM insights for business development. The role delivers a seamless user experience by coordinating with internal systems and resolving operational issues, while also ensuring that CRM usage policies are clearly communicated and consistently applied.

2. CRM Project Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration

Lead and coordinate CRM-related projects that enhance regional processes, data governance, and system functionality. This includes managing initiatives requested by the Business Development function, collaborating with Sales Excellence teams, and aligning with global stakeholders. The role ensures that CRM developments are tested, validated, and deployed in line with business needs, while also supporting cross-functional initiatives involving marketing, CSR, and other CEVA brands.

3. Training and Enablement

Drive CRM adoption and capability-building through structured training programs and onboarding support. This includes developing and maintaining training materials, delivering regular sessions tailored to different user groups, and ensuring that all users are equipped to use the CRM system effectively. The role plays a key part in fostering a culture of CRM excellence by enabling users to navigate tools confidently and apply best practices in their daily work.

4. Data Quality Management

Safeguard the accuracy and reliability of CRM data by implementing quality control measures and promoting data stewardship across teams. The role delivers actionable insights by identifying anomalies, producing correction reports, and supporting data-driven initiatives such as customer satisfaction surveys and commercial campaigns. Regular data cleansing activities ensure that the CRM remains a trusted source for performance tracking and strategic decision-making.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
