YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in the logistics and supply chain industry.
As IT Business Analyst you will be responsible for supporting highly complex systems that sustain the organization's business processes, utilizing all available technological resources to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of organizational processes.
This position is open in Brazil (Sao Paulo)
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Configuration and Support of the Matrix WMS system (Blue Yonder).
- Technical specification of process improvements.
- Mapping and validation of logistics processes.
- Training of resources and users.
- Interact with different CEVA work teams as well as internal and external CEVA customers to understand and gather requirements, provide data, and design and build solutions.
- Document complete solutions for delivery to the Global team.
- Follow all appropriate change control processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the IT department, providing next-level assistance/support for the application support team.
- Identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve product resilience, reliability, and efficiency.
- Perform other activities inherent and related to the position
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a IT Business Analyst
- Good logical interpretation
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure
- Knowledge of WMS system and logistics processes
- Knowledge of SQL / programming logic and EDI technologies
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently, Spanish would be a plus
- Residing in Jundiaí or surrounding region
