CEVA Logistics Korea is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our Accounting division at our Seoul Head Office. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, particularly within the Accounts Payable department.

About the Role:

As an Accounting Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks with a focus on accounts payable operations. This includes verifying, processing, and recording invoices; managing payments and expenses; and liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure fiscal accountability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage payment schedules to ensure timely disbursement while maintaining positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate and organised financial records within the accounting system, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and support internal audits.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts payable metrics and KPIs.
• Implement and support improvements in accounts payable processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards in all accounting activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience in accounting, finance, or a related field, preferably within logistics or supply chain environments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and a commitment to accuracy.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently manage assigned tasks.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Understanding of Korean accounting regulations and compliance standards advantageous.
