CEVA Logistics Korea is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Accounting Professional to join our General Ledger and Closing team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, ensuring timely and compliant financial reporting in alignment with company policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the general ledger by accurately recording accounting transactions and ensuring proper financial data entry.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliation of accounts and preparation of journal entries.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports to support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Logistics - Finance business unit and other departments to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data.
• Ensure compliance with Korean accounting standards and relevant financial regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounting workflows, contributing to increased efficiency and accuracy.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing relevant financial data and analysis.
• Communicate effectively with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits or inquiries.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting roles with a focus on general ledger, financial closing, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Korean GAAP and local financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with logistics industry accounting is an advantage.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Korean and English, both written and verbal, to interact effectively within a multicultural corporate environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple deadlines.
• Committed to continuous learning and professional development in the accounting field.
