Depot Management Specialist – Osan

Join CEVA Logistics Korea as a Depot Management Specialist in our Logistics Operations division, ideally located at our Osan Warehouse. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse facilities, enhancing our logistics processes, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Implement effective inventory management strategies, optimising space utilization and material flows.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
• Coordinate with different departments to enhance service delivery, from procurement through to distribution.
• Lead and develop a team of warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
• Assist in the development and execution of project plans to streamline logistics operations and improve customer satisfaction.
• Actively participate in audits and inspections, preparing reports and recommendations for management.
• Utilise technology and data analytics to optimise processes and report on operational performance.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in logistics or supply chain management, with demonstrated experience in warehouse operations. You will be detail-oriented, have excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable leading teams and driving change, while maintaining a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Desirable Qualifications

• Proven experience in depot or warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and logistics software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyse data to drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
