Join the dynamic team at CEVA Logistics Korea as a Global Business IT and Technology Partnering Administrator. Situated at our Seoul Head Office, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our infrastructure and platforms to drive efficiency and innovation across our logistics operations.
About the Role
As a Global Business IT and Technology Partnering Administrator, you will be responsible for the seamless integration of technology solutions within our field support department. You will act as a key liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business strategies and operational needs. Your insights will facilitate collaborative efforts, resulting in enhanced service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and IT teams to understand and prioritise technology needs.
- Manage the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring they are deployed effectively across the organisation.
- Assist in the development of strategies to optimise information technology use within the logistics sector.
- Provide support and training to staff on new technologies and processes, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate IT performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement and report findings to senior management.
- Play a key role in problem resolution and troubleshooting regarding IT-related issues within the logistics domain.
- Contribute to project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of technology initiatives.
