We are looking for a Key Account Management Professional for our Business Development division at CEVA Korea Co., Ltd. based in Seoul, Samgae-ro. As part of the CEVA business unit, you will join the Key Account Management (KAM) department.

The Key Account Management Professional Korea will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and solutions. The role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to meet and exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage key accounts and act as the main point of contact for clients
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on account performance and business activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in key account management or a similar role
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Fluent in Korean and English
