Join CEVA as an Ocean Operations Administrator in our Seoul office located on Samgae-ro and immerse yourself in the dynamic world of ocean freight operations. This role is pivotal in supporting our Ocean division, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of ocean freight services for our clients. As part of the Operations department, you will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding logistics solutions.

In your position, you will engage with various stakeholders, including shipping lines, customers, and internal teams, to facilitate smooth operational processes. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks that are crucial to maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bookings and monitor shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with carriers and agents for documentation and compliance requirements.
• Resolve operational issues swiftly and effectively, maintaining communication with all parties involved.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of reports related to ocean operations.
• Support the implementation of best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in cross-functional projects that drive the company’s strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, along with a keen eye for detail. You should have a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A background in logistics or supply chain management, particularly with a focus on ocean freight, will be advantageous.
