Warehouse Handling Operations Administrator - Osan

Join our dynamic team at CEVA Logistics Korea as a Warehouse Handling Operations Administrator in the Osan facility. This role is vital to ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our logistics and warehouse processes, contributing directly to the overall success of the Logistics – Contract Logistics business unit.

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Handling Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing various administrative processes within our warehouse operations. Your contributions will ensure the smooth flow of goods and services while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer daily warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including the preparation of necessary documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to ensure optimal levels are maintained.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operational processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Assist in training new team members on warehouse processes and safety practices.
• Utilise warehouse management systems and other tools to track and report on operational performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiencies and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of relevant experience, skills, and attributes:

• Proficient in logistics and warehouse management systems.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or a related field is advantageous.

Work Environment

You will be based at our Osan-si-Osan Warehouse, a fast-paced and professional environment where teamwork and communication are essential. This role may require flexibility in working hours to accommodate operational requirements.
