As a crucial member of our Warehouse Operations team at CEVA Logistics Korea, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and seamless management of logistics processes within our Osan facility. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse handling operations to ensure optimal efficiency and safety.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the management of inventory, including regular stock checks and accurate recording of stock movements.
• Work collaboratively with logistics and transportation teams to streamline processes and improve supply chain effectiveness.
• Monitor and report on operational performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Resolve any warehouse-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics administration.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems and best practices.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with warehouse management software.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team.
