• 1. To issue VIF (Variance Investigation Report) and investigate for Short and Rejected shipment to trade.
• 2. Check & Clear outstanding invoices which yet to issued VIF.
• 3. Received TBCN into SAP and MWMS system and paperer label for put back the stock to the location.
• 4. To give the TBCN collection copy to driver and arrange for collection from customer within the time given.
