WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
Opportunity for Senior Facility Executive to work in a vibrant and energetic environment The candidate will be part of CEVA’s Facilities & Security Department and assigned to our logistic office/warehouses to manage day-to-day facility operations and provide seamless and customer-focused solutions to align with the attainment of corporate excellence and objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
• Manage and implement preventive maintenance programs for key infrastructure systems, including ACMV, M&E services, BMS, Security Access Control, Cleaning & Pest Control, Landscaping, and General Building Services, to ensure optimal performance and lifespan.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance work plans to ensure uninterrupted facility operations and contract compliance.
• Evaluate and manage service vendors/contractors for maintenance, servicing, and repair works; ensure M&E systems and equipment function reliably.
• Monitor and ensure timely renewal of all authority licenses and term maintenance contracts.
• Manage and coordinate Addition & Alteration (A&A), refurbishment, reinstatement, renovation, and other capital works to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams e.g. Operations, IT, QHSE to drive continuous improvement in facilities performance and standards.
• Oversee and evaluate the performance of service providers (hard and soft services), ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Promptly address user feedback and ensure rectification works are completed with minimal disruption.
Secondary Responsibilities
• Ensure all facility operations comply with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations and corporate policies.
• Define facility maintenance requirements and incorporate sustainability and cost-effectiveness into maintenance strategies.
• Monitor and manage budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, landlords, contractors, and suppliers to maintain high service standards and communication.
• Lead and support execution of ad hoc works and CAPEX projects.
• Source quotations, assess technical specifications and cost estimates, and make recommendations for management approval.
• Ensure all works are compliant with relevant regulatory codes and standards.
• Support M&E-related aspects of Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI).
• Assist in maintaining Green Mark Certification and preparing for building audits.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related discipline. • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing facilities in industrial or commercial environments; logistics industry experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems and familiarity with local regulatory guidelines, building codes, and safety standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and results-driven with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills; able to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Auto CAD or FM software is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team..
