You will work collaboratively with internal teams, stakeholders, and customers to analyse current operations, implement improvements, support automation initiatives, and contribute to successful solution delivery and onboarding.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and digitisation projects, leveraging tools such as RPA (e.g. UiPath).
  • Provide expert advice on operational systems and process optimisation, ensuring solutions are compliant with company policies, QHSE standards, and customer requirements (e.g. WHO GDP).
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, effectively communicating challenges and proposing practical and structured action plans.
  • Support solution implementation and client onboarding, including project coordination and post-implementation enhancements.
  • Assist with solution costings, subcontractor negotiations, and proposal development to support business development efforts and ensure commercial viability.
  • Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction by managing escalations, resolving complaints, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on solution performance, analyse outcomes, and propose refinements based on data and customer feedback.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate has a tertiary-level qualification in engineering, logistics and supply chain management or similar together with:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in a similar or related role.
  • Practical experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
  • Exposure to solution implementation, onboarding, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience supporting business development through analysis and recommendations.
  • Programming experience (e.g. VBA).
  • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA); UiPath preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business systems.
  • Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional inputs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management ability across all levels.
  • Conflict resolution skills and a calm, professional approach when managing escalations.
  • Ability to collaborate with culturally diverse teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and support change across functions.

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
