YOUR ROLE

 

In this role you will oversee and administer Human Resources services, policies, and programs for a site, ensuring all aspects of HR align with overall business strategies. You will act as Business Partner for local management team and execute locally HR agenda for the site in line with  the HR strategy of the group / region. You will also meet and exceed HR KPIs and targets defined for the country.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Cooperate closely with the management team in delivery of short and long-term business objectives
  • Lead effective recruitment processes and implement talent acquisition strategy for permanent and temporary employment
  • Monitor the market and legislation and adjust company’s offer accordingly
  • Be responsible for change management
  • Support internal policies and actions related to compensations and benefits
  • Support managers in personnel labour law issues
  • Manage local HR projects and participate in international projects
  • Cooperate with the management team in planning and controlling the personnel budget
  • Prepare local training and education plans

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • 3-5 years in a managerial position in HR department (logistics or production company will be an advantage)
  • University degree (preferably in business or human resources)
  • Very good knowledge of Polish labour law
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Highly analytical skills, problem solving orientation
  • Very good MS Office (especially Excel)
  • High energy
  • Resistance to stress
  • Ability to work in changing environment
