YOUR ROLE

As a TCS operations administrator, you are responsible for organizing and coordinating express transport operations at the site level. You ensure the efficient use of human and material resources while maintaining compliance with current regulations. You also provide procedural and operational support to other CEVA Spécial France offices and subsidiaries.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Advise and support clients with transport-related needs
• Assist management and the sales team with expert guidance
• Coordinate activities across internal teams and external partners
• Monitor and support the execution of transport operations
• Manage subcontracting activities locally and nationally
• Launch and manage calls for tenders
• Track budgets and monitor financial performance
• Maintain and analyze dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting tools
• Evaluate operational performance and suggest improvements
• Draft reports and executive summaries
• Represent the company in external engagements
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends
• Handle and resolve disputes
• Oversee national freight forwarding activities
• Design and improve operational monitoring tools
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects
• Conduct internal audits
• Ensure effective communication and information sharing

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an industrial, logistics, or multinational environment
• Expertise in express transport operations and related software
• Strong knowledge of the transport market, pricing models, and key industry players
• Solid understanding of road and air transport regulations, driving time rules, and customs basics
• Familiarity with industrial logistics, handling equipment, and parcel delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and transport-specific tools
• Fluency in English (spoken, read, written); a second European language (Spanish or German) is a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and drive performance
