YOUR ROLE

As an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor, you coordinate the work in the warehouse. You are clearly visible on the workfloor, stand strong and have a 'hands on' mentality. In addition, you identify problems and keep an overview. You are familiar with logistics processes, so you are immediately up and running in your new position. A flexible mindset sets the tone for your day. You’ll be in close contact with the Supervisor for coordination and guidance. You are working at our Nokia site in Tilburg.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • You coordinate, guide, motivate and inspire your team of Operators and Flex workers;
  • You proactively identify and resolve issues on the workfloor;
  • You ensure the efficient preparation and execution of tasks within your sub-process;
  • You share information and, in consultation with your Supervisor, take the initiative to implement process improvements;
  • You report on work progress to your Supervisor.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You have demonstrable work experience in a logistics working environment;
  • Decisiveness, orderliness and understanding are keywords that apply to you;
  • You master the English language verbally and in writing.
  • Because public transport opportunities are limited to and from our warehouse, having you own transportation is mandatory;
  • You are available fulltime and can work in two shifts.

  • You will receive a monthly salary between € 2.670,26 and €3.471,43 and 8% holiday pay (grading depending on your work experience and education level);
  • You will start with a one-year contract and then get the prospect of permanent employment;
  • Working conditions in accordance with our CEVA CLA including 25 holidays and 5 ADV days;
  • Profit distribution of up to 3% in the event of positive operating results and a good pension scheme;
  • Travel allowance or NS Business Card;
  • Opportunities to further develop yourself through courses and training, through the CEVA Academy. The possibilities also include studying alongside your work.
