Operations Operator

YOUR ROLE

Invoice the customs declarations and ensure the proper venting of costs. Update client profiles.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Invoice customs declarations and forward according to instructions.
• Comply with procedures established by CEVA, within established deadlines, including ISO norms.
• Obtain checks for freight and other.
• Follow up on confirmed declarations with CBSA (Canada Border Services agency).
•  Provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate, without delay, pertinent information or issues to the immediate supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma

Skills:  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent Numerical and analytical skills
