WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Data administration, input and management into FVL (Finished Vehicle Logistics) information systems;
• Establish and manage transport documents and register chartering operations;
• Daily planning, follow-up and update of current shipment status;                                       
• Communication with claims handling service provider concerning customer/supplier claims;
• Manage the relationships with customers, suppliers and / or providers;
• Assistance to FVL Dispatchers and Management in daily operations.
• Own drivers report checking and input to management system;
• Support to chief accountant during the closing of the month and audits;
• Data verification with local TMS vs. customer data. 
• Issuing an Invoice to the Customer.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

• Previous experience within the freight, transportation or logistics industry;
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and documentation management;
• Fluent in Lithuanian;
• Good level of English will be an asset;
• Solid PC operational knowledge related to MS Office, specially Excel;
• Self-disciplined and self-motivated with a strong customer focus and feeling for qualitative work;
• Detailed oriented.
