Team Coordinator Outbound bol.

YOUR ROLE 

As Team Coordinator Outbound, you coordinate the work in the warehouse. You are clearly visible on the work floor, you have a strong personality and a 'hands-on' mentality. In addition, you identify problems and keep an overview. You are familiar with logistics processes, so you are immediately up and running in your new position. You work in 2 shifts, report to the Teamleader of the process. You are working from bol. Fulfilment Center in Waalwijk.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for: 

  • You coordinate, guide, motivate and enthuse your team of Operators and Flex workers; 

  • You identify and solve problems in the workplace; 

  • You also prepare for an efficient execution of the work within your sub-process; 

  • You inform and in consultation with your Team Leader, you pick up process improvements; 

  • You report the progress of the work to your Team Leader. 

 

WHERE WILL YOU BE WORKING?
You will be working at one of our bol. locations in Waalwijk, where you will be responsible for the Outbound subprocess. In this dynamic environment, everything revolves around processing and shipping smaller parcels. Together with your team, you ensure they are sent out on time and accurately, straight to satisfied customers.

  • You will receive a monthly salary between € 2.497,29 and €3.346,43 and 8% vacation allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level); 

  • You will start with a one-year contract and then get the prospect of permanent employment; 

  • Everyone gets 25 vacation days, with the possibility of earning four additional days if you are not sick;
