Team Coordinator Putaway & Picking Veerweg

YOUR ROLE 

As Team Coordinator Putaway & Picking, you coordinate the work in the warehouse. You are clearly visible on the work floor, strong in your shoes and have a 'hands on' mentality. In addition, you identify problems and keep an overview. You are familiar with logistics processes, so you are immediately up and running in your new position. You work in 2 shifts, report to the Teamleader of the process you are working on and work from our bol. location on the Veerweg. 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• You coordinate, guide, motivate and enthuse your team of Operators and Flex workers;
• You identify and solve problems in the workplace;
• You also prepare for an efficient execution of the work within your sub-process; 
• You inform and, in consultation with your Team Leader, you pick up process improvements;
• You report the progress of the work to your Team Leader.

• A monthly salary between €2.505,60 and €3.346,43, plus 8% holiday allowance (salary depends on your experience and educational background);
• A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position;
