Team Lead Operations Stock Control

YOUR ROLE
As a Teamlead Logistics Stock Control, you are at the center of our fulfillment operation. Together with your team, you will determine the success of our operation in the bol.com fulfillment center in Waalwijk.
In this role, you will lead a sub-process within the operation, specifically within the Stock Control department. Your team consists of 5 to 6 operators, around 10 flex workers, and at least one Team Coordinator who is specialized in the process. You inspire and motivate your team to achieve their goals, and you actively contribute to the development of your people.
Naturally, you are closely involved in optimizing the design of your sub-process and improving your team’s performance. As Teamlead Logistics, you report directly to the Operations Manager of the Stock Control department. You will work in two shifts: morning and evening.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Managing, coaching, developing and evaluating the employees in your team;

Leading the daily operations and responsible for achieving KPI’s and plans;
-
In cooperation with your colleagues and the control room you make the right decisions for an optimal overall process;

Optimizing the efficiency of people and resources;
-
Making improvement proposals regarding the logistics process;
-
Carrying out measurements, making reports and analyses;
-
Conducting performance and assessment interviews, absence counseling;
-
Ensuring a clean and safe working environment (LEAN/5S).

You will receive a monthly salary between €2.878,19 en €4.187,42 and 8% holiday allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);
