YOUR ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes. You will provide key insights to support strategic decision-making and improve financial performance.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• P&L Reporting & Analysis:
  • Providing accurate and timely financial reports to support decision-making.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying trends or risks.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Developing and managing budgets in alignment with business goals.
  • Preparing forecasts to ensure resources are allocated effectively.

• Cost Control & Profitability Analysis:
  • Analysing cost structures and proposing cost optimization strategies.
  • Ensuring profitability targets per each customer.
• Strategic Support:
  • Acting as a financial advisor to the Poland Ground Product leadership team.
  • Supporting strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.
• Other local business controlling tasks

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role and interest in learning by doing
• Strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Work experience in ERP systems and financial software
• Deep knowledge of Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Languages: English is used in day-to-day work, other languages are an additional plus
