YOUR ROLE

In this role you will be providing expertise regarding processes, methods and tools to comply with customer and legal requirements and helping managers to achieve company’s targets in terms of quality. 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

•    Organize and perform tasks to assure compliance with ISO standards: management review, SAE, targets and programs, risk assessments 

•    Assure proper management of documents in its scope: apply GHO procedure, adapt local procedure, supervise documentation management, make sure rules are applied

•    Assure proper NC handling: NC process definition, training, support in registration and handling, follow-up 

•    Communicate, prepare training materials and train staff on CEVA’s QE policies, procedures, guidelines, tools

•    Run internal IMS audits from planification till audit closure, participate in suppliers’ audits if needed

•    Coordinate preparation to external audits: from customers, external certification bodies, assessment 

•    Coordinate environmental compliance and reporting (external, internal: Save)

•    Support BD in offers preparation in terms of specific q/e requirements

•    Other tasks linked to QE resulting from customers’ needs, local specificities or legal requirements

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

•    Bachelor degree in logistics/production or quality or environment or similar experience
•    2-3 years of experience in such a position
•    Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards
•    Quality tools (5Why, PDCA, CAPA, Kaizen/CI)
•    Auditing skills
•    Very good command of English
•    Communication, collaboration and organizational skills, 
•    Analysis, problem solving and orientation on results.
