Job Descriptions
- Negotiate with the carrier for cargo space, follow up shipment status, and cost entry into the system.
- Cooperation with the approved vendors in accordance with an agreed rate
- Track shipment and provide updated status with a required document to the destination side
- Update shipment info, invoicing, and communication with the client in real-time
- Process data through the company’s system to obtain release AWB, update shipment info, cost, and invoicing process
- Resolving issues including discrepancies and delay customs release
- Operation troubleshooting at both import and export (customs clearance, storage, and delivery)
- Use technology to solve the problem
- Use sub-contractor software and customs software (MACCS) to do the customs clearance process
- Maintenance of internal shipments record book
- Update data entry into the system related to shipment status events as per Events SOP.
- Outsourcing third parties according to job requirements and reporting back to the team leader.
Technical
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in Air Freight and Logistics industry

Language
- Fluent and technical English + Local Language
