Sales Development Senior Expert Mexico
As a valued member of the Business Development Transverse division within CEVA FM Mexico, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our market presence in Mexico. This position is located in the vibrant city of Tijuana, known for its rich culture and strong business ecosystem.
As a Sales Development Senior Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that will enhance our ability to cross-sell and upsell across various logistics services. Your expertise will enable you to identify opportunities within existing client accounts and help cultivate new relationships, ensuring our offerings align with client needs. This is a pivotal role that contributes directly to our success in the Logistics - Business Development unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing customers to identify and understand their evolving logistics needs, enabling the development of tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing and sales strategies that resonate with our diverse customer base.
- Utilise data and analytics to identify trends, assess market conditions, and inform decision-making processes that drive sales initiatives.
- Establish strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor to facilitate their logistics journey.
- Deliver training and support to junior sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
