YOUR ROLE

CEVA Logistics Turkey is seeking a Carrier and Partner Management Administrator to join our dynamic Logistics Operations division, based at our Izmit - Kocaeli/Golcuk/Siralama Merkezi location. This role is pivotal within our Warehouse Operations organisational unit, focusing on elevating our Contract Logistics services to new levels of efficiency and partnership excellence.

As a Carrier and Partner Management Administrator, you will be responsible for effectively coordinating and managing relationships with carriers and logistic partners to ensure seamless and timely transportation solutions. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various internal teams and external stakeholders. Your expertise will directly contribute to optimising operational workflows and advancing CEVA Logistics' commitment to providing superior logistics services in Turkey.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Maintain and manage carrier and partner databases, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule and track shipments, resolving any transportation issues swiftly and efficiently.
• Support contract logistics activities by liaising between warehouse operations and transportation providers, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of logistics plans.
• Monitor carrier performance metrics and generate reports that inform continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the warehouse operations team to anticipate and meet operational demands, fostering a proactive logistics environment.
• Assist in the negotiation and administration of contracts with carriers and partners, ensuring terms support business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection process of new logistics partners, contributing to strategic decisions that enhance service quality and cost efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines across all partnering carriers and logistics activities.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The ideal candidate is organised, communicative, and highly detail-oriented, with prior experience in logistics, transport coordination, or partner management. A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork is essential to thrive in this position. Familiarity with the logistics sector within Turkey and a good understanding of contract logistics processes will be advantageous.

Proficiency in using logistics management software and Microsoft Office applications is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish will support successful interaction with diverse partners and colleagues.
