YOUR ROLE

The accounting Administrator under the authority of the Accounting Supervisor is responsible for the good administrative and financial management of the company. It monitors the proper execution of the strategy and procedures defined by the group. He oversees the proper maintenance of general accounts, disbursements, analytical, and is responsible for carrying out the annual financial work.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices

• Perform three-way matching (invoice, purchase order, goods receipt)

• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor disputes

• Prepare and process payment runs

• Reconcile vendor accounts and investigate variances

• Monitor and analyze aging reports

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records

• Communicate with vendors and internal departments

• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives

• Perform any other task entrusted by the accountant.

   WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One-year related experience
• CEVA Forklift certification required
