YOUR ROLE

 Responsible for providing or overseeing  the development and implementation of Country Pricing Performance strategies in alignment with Product overall strategy and providing administration using entry to more advanced professional and technical knowledge on a broad range of related policies, programs and practices.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Overseeing the development and implementation of  country Pricing Performance strategies  in alignment with Product ov Overseeing the development and implementation of process to effeciently respond to midsize to complex, multi-regional, multi-modal customer Requests for Quote (RFQ) that are not managed by GTM to ensure to capture the Product strategy and key tradelanes .erall strategy.
• Support Product Development and Product stategy with guidance and through the development of logical pricing processes and technology. Contribute to increase the hit ratio for new business through adapted pricing strategies.
• Monitor country pricing activity to make sure guidelines are respected by stations pricing teams or champions.
• Define rates for quotes , internal quotes and tenders managed centrally 
• Examining and implementing best practices to improve the pricing performance through analyzing customers, business developers and operations feedback through continuous service innovation. 
• Analyzing and reviewing results, feedback and related pricing data on an ongoing to as needed basis to determine trends, improve data provided and present results to internal stakeholders (GTM, Product Development); establish KPI's/ Performance Matrix and iterate pricing strategy if necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

•          Degree in logistics or equivalent

•           2-5 years’ experience in the industry

•           Deep understanding of Logistics, Transportation and/ or freight forwarding

•           Proven track record in leading the development and implementation of Market business strategy.

•           Experience of working across multiple geographies.  

•           In-depth knowledge of the international logistics industry. 

•           Deep expertise in developing integrated supply chain & logistics solutions relevant in Ocean.

•           Process driven and always seeking for continuous improvement

•           Mature judgement and decision-making

•           Sophisticated interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to influence and develop relationships at the highest level in customer organizations.

•           Ability to develop highly collaborative and productive relationships   internally.

•           Fluent in French and English (written and verbal)
