YOUR ROLE
As an Accounting Supervisor, you Perform the general control of the accounting and the different tasks to ensure the correct functioning of the balance sheet accounts. Manage and coordinate within the financial department everything related to banking, bookkeeping, management and accounting of collections and billing of international and intercompany customers, as well as their monthly reporting according to company policies and current legislation.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Responsible for the preparation of the monthly closing for reporting and subsequent analysis of the deviations found.
- Responsible for the preparation of budgets, payment and accounting to ensure their correct development.
- Review and control of accounting data in canonical compliance to ensure the integrity of the Company.
- Control of depreciation and fixed asset entries.
- Balance sheet reconciliation to align with objectives.
- Ensuring that the financial section of CEVA Morocco functions correctly and preserves its integrity in all areas.
- Support and lead the team in their development and in the achievement of their professional objectives as determined by CEVA.
- Act in accordance with the procedures and standards of quality, safety and environment and follow the instructions provided by the person in charge in these matters, as well as to correctly segregate the waste generated waste generated during their activity.
- Collaborate and carry out any other task entrusted to them by the Company, within the scope of the organization and in accordance with their responsibility.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a multinational or multi-entity environment.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficiency in Finance software.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
- Knowledge of Moroccan Finance law and regulations.
PERSONAL & INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to interact with various stakeholders (finance, HR, operations, legal).
