YOUR ROLE

Coordinate, supervise and ensure the efficient management of local and international logistics flows to meet performance, quality and customer satisfaction objectives while optimizing costs

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

•                 Supervise the organization of national & international flows.

•                 Ensure the compliance of shipments (customs, local and international regulations).

•                 Manage the management of transport documents (LTA, BL, certificates of origin, etc.).

•                 Develop and implement logistics operations planning.

•                 Ensure the adequacy between human and material resources and the volumes to be processed.

•                 Supervise and motivate operational teams.

•                 Ensure ongoing training and skills development for employees.

•                 Manage planning and allocate tasks according to priorities.

•                 Act as the main point of contact for strategic customers.

•                 Handle specific requests, resolve incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.

•                 Propose solutions to meet specific customer needs.

•                 Identify and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.

•                 Analyze performance and produce reports.

•                 Monitor developments in the sector.

•                 Negotiate with carriers, shipping companies, and other partners.

•                 Monitor and evaluate the performance of subcontractors and logistics partners.
