About the Role
CEVA France is seeking a Global Data Insight and Innovation Specialist to join its Core Transversal Functions within the Project Management team.
This role aims to transform operational logistics data into actionable analyses, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making and innovation initiatives, particularly around data and artificial intelligence use cases.
The role actively contributes to continuous process improvement and the identification of optimisation opportunities through data-driven and AI-based approaches, in support of innovation teams.
Role Overview
As a Global Data Insight and Innovation Specialist, you will contribute to CEVA’s data and innovation transformation initiatives by performing data analysis, developing reporting tools, and participating in the identification of artificial intelligence use cases.
You will work in collaboration with the Global AI & Innovation Expert and business stakeholders to provide the necessary analyses to build, monitor, and improve innovation initiatives.
This role combines data analysis, reporting, and contribution to innovation projects incorporating AI components in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, structure, and analyse logistics operational data.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to monitor performance.
- Identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
- Contribute to the identification of data and AI use cases (optimisation, automation, prediction).
- Support process improvement through data-driven and AI-based approaches.
- Provide analyses to support business cases for innovation projects.
- Monitor KPIs related to operations and AI initiatives.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency.
- Collaborate with project and business teams to understand needs and address them through data analysis.
- Contribute to pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives involving AI components.
- Promote a data & AI-driven culture within the organisation.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a junior data professional who is curious and motivated by data analysis, business intelligence, and applied artificial intelligence.
The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, and eager to develop skills in data analysis, innovation, and real-world AI applications in an international environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or similar roles.
- Good command of Excel and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualisation tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Python or equivalent tools is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interest in data and applied artificial intelligence.
- First experience in logistics or consulting is a plus.
