Your role

As a Global Logistics Operations Specialist, you are responsible for coordinating and supervising international logistics operations related to finished vehicle flows.

Working in a global and cross-functional environment, you ensure the efficiency and reliability of logistics operations by monitoring performance, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and managing relationships with logistics partners.

You also contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes while ensuring compliance with international regulations and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee international logistics operations related to finished vehicle flows, including inbound and outbound shipments, warehouse activities, and distribution planning.

• Ensure effective collaboration with internal teams (manufacturing, sales, customer service) to guarantee smooth logistics operations.

• Analyse logistics data and monitor operational KPIs to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.

• Implement actions aimed at optimising operational efficiency, service quality, and delivery performance.

• Manage relationships with logistics providers, carriers, and global partners to ensure service reliability and cost efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with international transport regulations, customs requirements, and corporate policies.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening supply chain performance and sustainability.

• Provide regular reporting on logistics operations performance and key indicators to management.

Profile

• Experience in logistics operations or supply chain management, ideally within an international environment.

• Experience in automotive logistics or finished vehicle logistics is a strong advantage.

• Solid understanding of international transportation and customs regulations.

• Ability to analyse operational data and support logistics performance improvements.

• Proficiency in logistics management systems and transport planning tools.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international environment.

• Fluent English is required.
