As a Business Process Excellence Professional within CEVA FM Mexico, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and business process optimisation across multiple functions. This role is central to ensuring that our engineering solutions, operational workflows and resource utilizations are aligned with both internal standards and customer requirements. You will support and supervise frontline personnel to ensure a consistent, high-quality delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership and Staff Management: You will have responsibility for supervising staff primarily at operator or administrator level. This includes hiring, onboarding, training, conducting performance evaluations, recommending compensation adjustments and managing overall performance to foster a motivated and competent team.
- Engineering Solutions Oversight: Oversee and review engineering solutions related to cost control, service requirements, operational processes, technology utilisation, and equipment selection. You will ensure these solutions meet or exceed quality standards and operational goals.
- Data Analysis and Process Improvement: Provide detailed analyses and interpret logistics data, including flow mapping, modelling, and testing. Your insights will directly contribute to more efficient resource allocation, advanced equipment usage and improved customer satisfaction. You will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of both standard and large-scale operations.
- Customer Engagement and Problem Solving: Actively coordinate internal and external customer feedback to identify issues and implement solutions. You will support projects and client requirements through thorough investigation, design adaptation, and specification management while ensuring timely resource coordination.
- Operational Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously analyse operations and engineering data to detect trends and extract actionable conclusions. You will present findings, recommendations and action plans to management, operations teams and clients to drive informed decision-making.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure accuracy and integrity of project databases and reports through rigorous auditing, consultation and operational reviews. Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve any discrepancies or operational challenges.
- Project Support and Management: Assist in defining engineering project objectives, including budgeting, timelines, materials and staffing. You will contribute to the management of projects affecting moderate scopes or impacts and communicate progress and risks effectively to leadership.
- Policy Compliance and Governance: Interpret and apply department policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations and standards. Seek guidance as needed to maintain compliance across operations.
- Additional Duties: Undertake other assigned tasks that support the department and organisational objectives, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
