We are seeking a dedicated Business Process Excellence Senior Specialist to join CEVA FM Mexico's Performance Management and Business Process Excellence team at our Apodaca-Lenovo location. This role plays a crucial part in driving continuous improvement initiatives across our operations, helping to enhance service quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
As a Business Process Excellence Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for managing continuous improvement processes, ensuring that our operational practices are streamlined, effective, and aligned with company objectives. You will actively promote and facilitate Kaizen activities and employee-suggested improvements, fostering a culture of proactive innovation and quality enhancement throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee continuous improvement processes, ensuring systematic implementation and follow-up of improvement initiatives.
- Control and track Kaizen projects and ideas submitted by employees, promoting engagement and participation in improvement cycles.
- Standardise both administrative and operational processes and procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
- Facilitate and promote the generation and implementation of improvement ideas, serving as a key facilitator for Kaizen workshops aimed at enhancing service quality and productivity.
- Ensure all actions derived from ideas and improvement initiatives are effectively implemented and monitored, measuring the impact on operations and productivity sustainably.
- Monitor productivity levels within operational areas to support sustainable process improvements and identify opportunities for further optimisation.
- Manage workload distribution of personnel, tools, and equipment necessary for operational process execution, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Implement and comply with the requirements of the Site Classification Assessment (SCA), ensuring our operations meet established standards for performance and safety.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in continuous improvement, business process excellence, or a related field within operational environments.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen methodologies, or other relevant process improvement frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple improvement projects simultaneously, with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to engage teams and lead change initiatives effectively, fostering collaboration and employee participation.
- Experience with workload management and resource planning in a production or operational setting.
- Familiarity with industry standards and assessments such as Site Classification Assessment (SCA) is highly advantageous.
