Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee process improvement projects aligned with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
• Analyze existing workflows to pinpoint areas for optimization and develop actionable improvement plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure successful implementation and adoption of process enhancements.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of process changes and report results to senior management.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
• Manage risk associated with process changes and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Drive the adoption of Lean, Six Sigma, or other recognized business process improvement methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in business process excellence, performance management, or related fields, preferably within logistics or supply chain environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities to influence and inspire teams at all organizational levels.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for process mapping, data analysis, and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, is preferred to support effective communication across diverse teams.
