Join CEVA FM Mexico as a Customer Service Professional CL within our Logistics Operations division, based at our Apodaca location. This role plays a vital part in our Warehouse Operations department, driving excellence in customer service and logistics coordination to support our national and international transportation activities.
As a Customer Service Professional, you will be responsible for managing and processing a diverse range of transport and logistics documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Your day-to-day duties will include programming and monitoring transport services across air, sea, and land, maintaining a seamless flow of operations to meet client expectations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, complete, and process various transport and logistics documents, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate programming and follow-up on national and international transport services, guaranteeing timely delivery and resolving any operational issues.
- Provide insightful assistance in investigation and problem-solving related to transportation and logistics challenges, offering data-driven recommendations to improve service quality.
- Monitor shipments via air, sea, and land routes, ensuring consistent communication and updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage provisioning of brokerage and transportation costs, maintaining accuracy to support budgeting and financial reporting.
- Handle client invoicing at month-end, consolidating all services delivered within the period and ensuring precise billing.
- Respond proactively to daily client requests, providing updates and resolving inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee expiry controls and reporting of materials within the IMMEX programme, ensuring compliance with import-export regulations.
- Collaborate intensively with various operational areas to track and fulfil client requests promptly.
- Implement improvement initiatives aimed at cost-saving and revenue optimisation specific to the station's operations.
- Maintain and control essential operational reports and logs, supporting transparency and effective management of daily activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in logistics, customer service, or transport coordination within a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with national and international transportation regulations and practices.
- Proficiency in managing documentation and invoicing processes relevant to logistics operations.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to collaborate across departments and handle dynamic operational demands.
- Experience in using logistics or warehouse management software is desirable.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
