Position Overview:
Join CEVA Servicios de Mexico as a Logistics Operations Professional NORTAM within our Transportation Operations department, located in Apodaca-Monterrey. This role is integral to the Operations division, focusing on rating and billing processes key to securing revenue through meticulous management and oversight.

As a Rating & Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity in billing data, generating invoices, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining open lines of communication with customers regarding billing inquiries. Your work supports month-end closing activities and requires close collaboration with internal departments to guarantee billing precision and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and verify billing data thoroughly for accuracy to maintain data integrity and prevent revenue leakage.
2. Generate and deliver invoices in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all billing documentation is correct and complies with company standards.
3. Investigate and efficiently resolve billing discrepancies, providing clear explanations and corrective actions as needed.
4. Act as a primary contact point for customers with billing inquiries, delivering clear and prompt communication to foster strong customer relationships.
5. Support the month-end closing process by coordinating billing and accounting activities to meet deadlines and internal controls.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments including finance, sales, and customer service to ensure synchronized operations and billing accuracy.
7. Manage daily billing and auditing activities of assigned claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and adherence to state and federal regulatory requirements.

Additional Duties:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of billing processes and adjustments to support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing workflows and recommend procedural enhancements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes relevant to billing and transportation operations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Candidate Profile:
We seek a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic logistics environment and has a strong sense of responsibility towards revenue assurance. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders are essential. Experience with billing systems and transportation logistics will be highly advantageous.
