CEVA Freight Management Mexico is seeking a dedicated and organized Talent Acquisition Professional CL to join our Talent Management division. In this pivotal role, you will work as a Recruitment Coordinator, contributing to the efficient and effective acquisition of top talent essential for our company’s continued success.

This role is ideally suited for individuals with a passion for recruitment and human resources, eager to play an integral part in shaping our workforce. You will be part of a dynamic Talent Acquisition team that supports CEVA’s mission to deliver excellent freight management solutions, fostering a culture of collaboration, diversity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating candidate communication.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department leads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Support employer branding initiatives by promoting CEVA as an employer of choice within relevant talent markets.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment campaigns and sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding processes in coordination with the HR team, ensuring a smooth transition for incoming employees.
• Utilise applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies efficiently to enhance hiring processes and reporting accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition, preferably within logistics, freight management, or related industries.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is highly advantageous for effective communication in our multinational environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles within recruitment practices.
