YOUR ROLE
Our Payroll team based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join the business. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and managing time and attendance systems, producing reports for key stakeholders, and supporting both weekly and monthly payroll administration.

This is a hybrid, Monday to Friday position, with working hours of 08:30 to 17:00.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting into the Payroll Account Manager, you will:
- Maintain payroll and Time & Attendance systems, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
- Process starters, leavers, contractual changes, and other payroll updates.
- Support and train line managers on payroll systems and processes.
- Process pay elements including pensions, allowances, and employee benefits.
- Act as the first point of contact for payroll and Time & Attendance queries.
- Produce regular and ad hoc payroll reports for Finance and HR stakeholders.
- Support annual salary reviews, TUPE transfers, and payroll-related projects.
- Ensure payroll complies with company policies and statutory requirements, including family leave and absence processes.
- Administer employee benefits and maintain documentation for audits.
- Keep HR payroll information and intranet content accurate and up to date while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate will have previous payroll experience and a strong understanding of payroll processes and procedures. You will be highly numerate, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Experience using ResourceLink would be highly desirable.
