YOUR ROLE

 

As a WMS Super User, you will play a key specialist role within the BPE function, acting as a functional expert and ambassador for CEVA’s strategic Warehouse Management Systems, including Matrix WMS Express and Matrix WMS Core Plus. This role supports Operations, Business Development and Solution Design by ensuring WMS solutions are implemented, used and developed in line with CEVA’s global warehouse strategy, enabling consistent, scalable and best practice warehouse operations across our sites.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Reporting into the WMS Contract Manager, your mission will be to become a true expert in the WMS matrix system, providing critical support to the operation and system users. You will play a leading role inDevelop, updating and maintain the WMS system and processes. Identify and lead in root cause analysis, error containment and solutions delivery.

 

 Act as the custodian of the WMS system and ensure data integrity. Perform test scenarios on new developments to replicate live operations while leading WMS implementation projects from planning through to execution. Collaborate with cross functional teams ensuring project delivery and minimising disruption to site. Provide training and support to any on-site users to ensure capability and skill. Support the WMS Contract Manager with any additional ad hoc tasks.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

 

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Warehouse Management Systems and a solid understanding of logistics and warehouse operations. You will be comfortable translating operational requirements into system solutions and influencing best practice across diverse operational environments. You will be analytically minded, methodical and confident working with data, reports and system logic. Working knowledge of SQL, Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will work closely with operational leaders, technical teams and global stakeholders. Experience supporting WMS implementations, functional assessments, system testing or pre‑sales activities would be highly advantageous, as would the ability to train, coach and mentor others. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, are required.
