YOUR ROLE
Are you ready to take ownership of a key automotive client account within a fast paced vehicle logistics environment?
At CEVA Logistics, we are looking for an Account Manager to act as the primary link between our customer and our operational teams in Chipping Warden.In this pivotal role, you will be the strategic driver behind service excellence, overseeing performance, anticipating customer needs and ensuring every element of delivery meets the highest standards.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
In this role, you will act as the primary operational link between the client and CEVA, building strong relationships while overseeing all planned activity including production, storage needs, in fleeting and de fleeting to ensure the site is fully resourced and operating efficiently. You will own SLA and KPI delivery, managing daily and weekly client communications, lead operational calls and provide clear updates on performance. You will be analysing trends, preparing structured reviews and presentations, whilst maintaining an accurate activity tracker, supporting with finance and forecasting, working closely with internal teams.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels. You will bring excellent customer service capabilities, strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends, and be confident to present professionally to senior stakeholders. In this position, having experience within an OEM, leasing or rental environment will be beneficial. You must be PC literate, able to operate under pressure work to tight deadlines and bring a positive, enthusiastic and self starting approach to managing a complex, fast paced account.
