YOUR ROLE
As part of our Finance Convergence project, we are focused on identifying and addressing inefficiencies in finance tools and processes across the Asia-Pacific region. To support this initiative, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Analyst to collaborate with local finance teams and Business Process Experts (BPEs) to drive process improvements and deliver actionable solutions.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Collaborating with local finance teams across Asia-Pacific to identify pain points and inefficiencies in current tools and workflows.
- Conducting in-depth analyses of finance processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Working closely with Business Process Experts (BPEs) to develop innovative and practical solutions to address identified inefficiencies.
- Preparing functional specifications for proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with business and project requirements.
- Presenting proposed solutions to the project management team and key stakeholders for validation and approval.
- Supporting the implementation of approved solutions, ensuring smooth integration into existing processes and tools.
- Providing regular progress updates and reports to project stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and next steps.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- The role is fixed-term contract for 15 months.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least four (2) years of relevant working experience in finance tools, ERP systems, or process optimization is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new systems, tools, and processes quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and formula creation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and improve complex finance processes.
- Solid understanding of finance tools, workflows, and reporting requirements.
- Experience with ERP systems and multiple finance tools is a strong advantage.
- Ability to prepare clear, detailed functional specifications for proposed solutions.
- Experienced using Matrix OFS & JDE is a plus
