YOUR ROLE
To handle ocean document task in line with guidelines and SOP, ensure high quality, productive, and excellent service on assigned tasks. Good sense on customer satisfaction, maintain good relationship with relevant parties
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Receive Supplier bookings and confirm with overseas / account owners
- Place booking with carriers and release SO# to client accordingly to booking
- Coordinate for container pick up / stuffing / gate in / confirm loading.
- OFS /CWO data input/ settlement preparation / related filings / pre-alert and document filing.
- AR collection or work with account owner for AR collection, payment to carriers / co- loaders.
- Daily problem solving and reports maintainers.
- Assist Team leader to monitor team performance.
- Collect the statement and settle the payment according to credit term of vendors.
- Vendor management, maintain or review the credit term or contract with related vendors.
- Coordinate with finance / control / ocean team / Ground & Rail team for billing issues, ensure each payment can be settled smoothly.
- Support the internal / external audit.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- At least 1 year or above work experience.
- Good spoken and written English
- Knowledge of excel skills
- Sharp time management
- Familiar with all kinds of labels on the outer packing
- Good communication with different functions and levels of staff
- Team player
- Ability to independently work under pressure and self-motivated to complete quality deliverables by deadline
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from employees and customers
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
