Solution Design

YOUR ROLE

• 
  The incumbent will be part of a larger team (BPE/SD/ZDS) within the Contract Logistics department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions, working with cross-department representatives to support the achievement of business objectives, warehouse and process design. 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Warehouse Solution Design: Lead the solutions design, develop operations / cost models, preparing presentation material, presenting the solution and finally soliciting stakeholder endorsement to buy-in the proposed solutions.
• Project Management: implement proposed solution, working with both internal & external stakeholders to deliver projects on time, on budget and with client satisfaction
• Continuous Improvement & Productivity study: support operations with data collection/consolidation and analysis of data to identify improvement projects and KPI management

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor's degree holder in relevant disciplines
• Min. 3 years experience in Contract Logistics Tender Desk (RFQ) and Solution design & cost modelling
• Familiarity with international logistics & warehouse management is a plus
• A strong command of oral and written English
• A good team player, responsible and dedicated to work
• Faster learner and able to work under high pressure
• Good analytical Windows suite, in particular Excel and PPT (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus)
• Conceptual skills, and high level of commercial acumen
• Good command of Self-driven, detail and results-orientated with an ability to work well under pressure
• Strong sense of ethics, trustworthy, reliable, able to work individually as well as part of a team
