YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team in Gothenburg and take ownership of strategic industrial customers and play a key role in developing, retaining and expanding these important relationships.

Working across Air & Ocean freight, you’ll build strong customer partnerships, understand their supply chain needs and connect them with the right products and solutions. If you know Air & Ocean freight inside out, thrive on building strategic customer relationships and have the commercial drive to turn customer opportunities into sustainable growth, this could be your next move.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Own the global/region-wide relationship with designated key accounts.
• Develop, retain and expand strategic industrial customers across sectors including machinery, automotive, chemicals, energy and high-tech manufacturing.
• Align customer supply chain needs with our Air & Ocean products and solutions.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver high service quality and operational excellence.
• Drive profitable and sustainable growth across your accounts.
• Build compelling value propositions and use your commercial expertise to negotiate and deliver the right solutions for customers.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain, ideally in a commercial or Key Account role.
• A proven track record managing large or multinational industrial customers.
• English and Swedish speaking.
• Experience managing global or regional key accounts and cross-border coordination is strongly preferred.
• Strong, hands-on knowledge of international Air & Ocean freight, including products, trade lanes, Incoterms, pricing structures, carrier behaviour and capacity dynamics.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen, with the ability to build and articulate compelling value propositions.
