Identificar y desarrollar oportunidades comerciales para los servicios Air & Ocean con clientes nuevos y existentes, impulsando el crecimiento del negocio mediante la atracción de nuevos clientes, el fortalecimiento de relaciones estratégicas y la gestión integral del ciclo comercial desde la prospección hasta el cierre.

Garantizar que cada propuesta sea competitiva, rentable y alineada con las necesidades del cliente y con los objetivos comerciales de CEVA, asegurando una ejecución efectiva y una contribución directa al crecimiento sostenible del portafolio Air & Ocean.

• Desarrollo Comercial

Requisitos para ocupar la posicion

• Profesional o estudiante avanzado de carreras de comercio internacional, logística o afines
• 3 a 5 años de experiencia en posiciones similares en la industria de logistica internacional o freight forwarding 
•  Experiencia comprobable en desarrollo comercial, generacion de pipeline, prospección y cierre de negocios
• Relacion con carriers y participacion en RFQ/RFP
• Gestion de CRM (clave)
• Interpretacion de tarifas aéreas y marítimas (clave)
• Inglés upper intermediate o avanzado

Se requiere preferentemente disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente (nacional)
