YOUR ROLE

Our operation based in ADC Barton under Needwood is looking for a Warehouse Operator where you will be part of a successful team who are committed to supporting a high-profile customer. This is a critical role within the operation and directly contributes towards the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and operation.

The rotating shift time for this position is 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00. This role pays £25.187.76 per annum.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Safely unload vehicles and accurately receive and put away stock
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders, completing all relevant dispatch and carrier documentation and recording activity on the system as required
• Load vehicles in line with delivery manifests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Work closely with Team Leaders to ensure tasks are correctly allocated and completed on time
• Maintain high levels of stock accuracy through regular checks and system updates
• Operate MHE in line with site procedures-valid licenses and experience are an advantage

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Previous experience picking and packing, preferably using SAP or Oracle interfaces
• Great team player but also able to work alone where required
• Good communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines and targets
