YOUR ROLE
As a Warehouse Operative at our site in ADC Barton under Needwood you will be part of a successful team who are committed to supporting a high-profile customer. This is a critical role within the operation and directly contributes towards the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and operation. The role has a focus on protecting service levels, preventing delays and maintaining stock flow.
This role will see you working 12 hours shifts from 06.00 - 18.00 Saturday & Sunday only. The salary for the role is £19,610.83 (£15,487.68 plus a 20% market rate supplement of £2,323.15 and also on average £1800 in supplements/bonuses depending on performance/attendance and manual handling equipment usage).

- Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) available, with full training and support provided where required (not used in all areas).

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Unload vehicles and receipt and put away items
- Pick orders, produce dispatch and carrier paperwork, and ensure this is logged onto the system where necessary
- Load vehicles in accordance with delivery manifests
- Liaise with Team Leaders to ensure work is allocated correctly
- Maintain stock accuracy
- Operate mechanical handling equipment where required (licences and experience are advantageous but not essential)

- A strong team player who can also work independently when needed
- Confident communicating with colleagues and team leaders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and targets
- Detail-focused, accurate, and committed to maintaining high standards
